Traceability Procedure
Each component we manufacture undergoes multiple production and inspection stages before delivery. Full traceability of these processes is a fundamental element of our quality standards and a core reflection of our commitment to reliability.
The production process is managed within a fully controlled, end-to-end structure. From the moment a work order is defined, all stages of the component’s journey—from raw material intake to final processing—are systematically recorded. In this structure, each part is assigned a unique barcode. This barcode enables instant access to the product’s complete manufacturing history, including the machines used, process sequence, and quality control results.
All relevant information, such as where a part was produced, which operator handled it, which machine it passed through, and when it was completed, can be accessed through a single scan.
This system enables rapid root-cause analysis in the event of any nonconformity, precise identification of affected batches, and uninterrupted continuation of production processes. At the same time, it provides our customers with full transparency, allowing them to track the production status of their orders at any time.
